This home is located on a cul de sac in an established and friendly neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Arkansas River. One block away is a wooded nature trail along Cottonwood Creek, with a rope swing where the neighborhood kids love to play. There's also a small children's park at the end of the street. The middle/high school is only two blocks away, and the elementary school, one mile away. Downtown coffee shops are a pleasant ten minute walk along the nature trail, which connects to a town bicycle path. Sleeping Indian is the view to the east, where the popular Midland Trail mountain biking system is located.
