Direction Google maps works well except you need to go just a bit farther on Hy Vu to get to the driveway after Google tells you that you have arrived. From I-70, take exit 248 (Floyd Hill/Beaver Brook). Drive West down US-40 W for about 1 mile, turning left onto Homestead Rd to cross I-70. Turn right on Hyland Dr. In 0.3 miles turn left to stay on Hyland Dr, then in 0.2 miles, that becomes Ponderosa Dr. At the orange traffic-calming divider, stay to the right on Aspen Dr. Follow all the turns on Aspen until you reach a 4-way intersection, where you will turn right onto Hy Vu. Go straight through the two stone pillars by the group of mailboxes.
