Hello! I am 4170 Harlan St, welcome! As you walk up the front steps you will notice an adorable front sitting area, perfect for sipping on some lemonade and watching the day go by. From the front porch, you will also see a gorgeous garden center to the south, you couldn't ask for better neighbors than a garden grow lot with tons of flowers and veggies next door. As you walk into the front door from the porch you will be welcomed with tons of natural light throughout the living & dining rooms. These warm and welcoming areas are perfect for entertaining your family or having friends over for a dinner party. (PS - there is carpet throughout both spaces, however, beautiful hardwoods are hiding just below the carpet if you are more of a hardwood lover.) As you make your way around the dining room and into my kitchen you will find my newly refinished hardwood floors and granite countertops. The laundry is also located in the kitchen making it easy to access for everyone. Moving past the adorable kitchen space and into the hall you will find the first bathroom. This is a full bath that serves the two upstairs bedrooms. From there, you can go right or left into two similar size bedrooms. They both offer tons of great storage along with fun unique built-ins that show off my 1940's charm and character. As you head back towards the kitchen and down the newly recarpeted stairs you will end up in my lower level. The lower level is the perfect place to hang and play. You will also find a bar/kitchenette area down here - totally open for however you want to use the space. It could be a great second kitchen or maybe just a fun bar space for your lower-level entertaining. Around the corner, you will find bedrooms 3 & 4 along with a 3/4 bath down the hall. Last check out the backyard with great entertaining space + an apple and pear tree on a huge lot. There is also a fun brick area perfect for a grill and outdoor eating area.
