Direction 3 miles south of Grand Lake, turn left up Road 46. You will be going by the lower part of the land soon. Drive to the home; it is easier! Go up Road 46 1/3 of a mile and take first left. Go 200 feet and turn left. Home is down a couple of blocks on your left. Corners of the Land are flagged with pink ribbons. The land goes almost all the way to the neighbor's home to the right.
