When my current owners made me their home, I admit it...I needed some TLC. Built in the early 80s, I was a little rough around the edges and needed some help "getting with the times." Though it used to be a prohibition-era bootleg hub, Louisville has become one of Boulder county's lesser-known gems. I'm situated only about a five minute drive from the cute, trendy downtown Louisville, which bustles with activity every weekend!
